1. Our Services

The scope of work for every project will be defined in the quotation, proposal, service agreement, or written communication approved by the client.

2. Project Estimates & Quotations

All quotations and project estimates are prepared based on the information provided by the client at the time of inquiry.

If project requirements change after approval, additional work may require a revised quotation and additional charges.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the quotation carefully before approving the project.

3. Acceptance of Services

A project will be considered approved when any of the following occurs:

  • Written approval via email or message
  • Acceptance of a quotation or proposal
  • Payment of a deposit or invoice
  • Written confirmation to begin work

Once a project has been approved, these Terms & Conditions automatically apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, content, branding materials, account access, login credentials, images, approvals, and other required resources needed to complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Rank Dev Sol is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete client communication.

5. Revisions & Additional Work

Minor revisions that fall within the originally agreed project scope may be included.

Any request that changes the approved scope, functionality, marketing strategy, design, website structure, or campaign objectives may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are based on the information available when the project begins.

While we make every effort to complete projects on schedule, delivery dates may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Missing content or approvals
  • Third-party platform delays
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Requested scope changes

Reasonable timeline adjustments may therefore be necessary.

7. Payments

Payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.

Projects may require an advance payment before work starts.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of work until outstanding balances are cleared.

Rank Dev Sol reserves the right to withhold project files, website transfers, campaign management, or final deliverables until all outstanding invoices have been paid.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and professional services, payments made for completed work, consultation, strategy, SEO, website development, advertising management, or other services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be considered solely at the discretion of Rank Dev Sol or where required by applicable law.

9. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

Search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, and business growth depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, Rank Dev Sol does not guarantee:

  • First-page Google rankings
  • Specific keyword positions
  • Guaranteed traffic increases
  • Guaranteed leads or sales
  • Guaranteed business growth

Results vary based on competition, industry, website condition, algorithm updates, and client participation.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • WordPress
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Email marketing providers
  • Analytics tools

Rank Dev Sol is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, algorithm updates, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

11. Website Hosting & Domain

Unless specifically included in a written proposal, domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, premium themes, stock images, or third-party software licenses are not included in project pricing.

Any third-party expenses will be communicated separately.

12. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, the client will own the final approved website content, graphics (provided by the client or specifically purchased for the project), and deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rank Dev Sol retains ownership of its internal processes, custom methodologies, templates, reusable frameworks, scripts, automation systems, proprietary tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.

We also reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

13. Project Suspension

If a project remains inactive due to lack of communication or client response for an extended period, Rank Dev Sol may place the project on hold.

Projects that remain inactive for more than 60 days may require timeline adjustments, revised pricing, or reactivation fees depending on the remaining work.

14. Limitation of Liability

Rank Dev Sol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Website downtime
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations
  • Advertising account suspension
  • Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

Any confidential business information shared with us during the course of a project will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties except where required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Rank Dev Sol reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
