1. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request to cancel their services at any time by providing written notice via email or other agreed communication channels.

For ongoing monthly services, cancellation requests should ideally be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing or renewal date. Any services already completed or initiated before the cancellation date will remain payable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes services such as:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Management
  • Google Business Profile Optimization
  • Website Development
  • Other Customized Services

We invest time, resources, and expertise into each project, and therefore refunds cannot normally be provided for work that has already been started or completed.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments or deposits made to initiate a project are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Any approved refund, where applicable, will be considered at the sole discretion of Rank Dev Sol or where required by applicable law.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide the necessary information, content, approvals, website access, account access, and other resources required to perform the agreed services.

Delays or failure to provide required access or information may affect project progress and does not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

5. Service Cancellation by Rank Dev Sol

Rank Dev Sol reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client fails to make required payments, violates our Terms & Conditions, or engages in conduct that prevents us from providing services effectively.
